Altera FPGA VGA synchronization for everyone
I had/have very fun time with my Altera evaluation board. Since this board what I have, haven't VGA connector in it. I just build simple resistor bridge to create 16 color (what is enough for me) and little TTL-VHDL logic for 640x480 resolution.

Clock frequency is 33.333333MHz, it should be 25.175 MHz, but who cares, it works :-)

With this logic unit pdf schematic (VGA sync), you can easily build your very own "VGA-card".
